Well, those anal retentives in Santa Cruz have done it again. I
went down there looking for work, and not a single massage parlor
is still open! To add insult to injury, "Elan," my favorite place,
is now a Gospel Bookstore. Sheeeeee-it! Oasis has its sign painted
over, there's a padlock on the Stairkase and every phone booth I
went to had the "massage" page razored out of the yellow pages.

BANGKOK MASSAGE, Larkin and Eddy, San Francisco is a pretty
good place to get laid. The massage is only $30, and the
girls will go all the way for another $50. They'll even put the
whole thing on your bank card. Despite the name, most of the
girls are Vietnamese or Chinese. Rooms have private baths, and
if you're lucky the girl will bathe you before and after the
massage. Ask for a "hard" massage, and you will get a nice
legitimate rub, which turns erotic and light-touch after about
15 minutes.

SINGAPORE SPRINGS, O'Farrell street, San Francisco. This is one
block uphill and one block East of Bangkok. Here the girls are
all Vietnamese, massage is $30, rooms all have private baths,
and "tips" are very affordable. A nude hand job can be as low
as $30. There are some very pretty young girls here, but also a couple
of old tarts. Again, a hard massage soon turns into a hard-on massage.
These folks prefer their tips in cash, though.

Sunnyvale's best kept secret is Hiyashi Massage. The address is
1240 Wolfe Road, but it is cleverly hidden in a small shopping
center just off El Camino. Also, there is NOTHING on the outside
to even hint it might be a massage parlor. The front looks like a
high-class nail salon, and the sign says "Body beautiful tan tone."
When you walk in the door, there's a long, narrow waiting area, like a
beauty parlor. But the only services available on the menu are half-hour
and full-hour "body toning." On weekday evenings, there are as many as
a dozen girls, most of whom are refugees from Kimiko and other nearby
establishments. While the other places have gotten pretty conservative
lately, the Hiyashi girls will go all the way. They won't quote prices,
since that would not be legal, but the bigger the tip, the more thorough
the service. $40 will get you a topless hand job, another $10 usually
will allow total nudity. This is on top of the $40 half-hour house fee.
While the main fee can go on Mastercard or Visa, tips must be in cash.
The place is clean, the furnishings are new but not ornate, and they
provide a bathrobe for the shower. The massage itself is VERY sensual--
in fact, if you don't have a hard-on in three minutes, either there's
something wrong with you, or you're a woman. In which case you'd be wetter
than a monsoon. I should tell you how to find this place. Take El
Camino to Wolfe. Turn north (that's towards 101)and on your right
will be a car wash. The next driveway is the one you want. Go all
the way to the back of the parking lot, and you're there. By the
way, Chellokababi, a very nice Persian restaurant, is in the same
shopping plaza.

ROYAL SPA 302 E. 4th Ave., San Mateo is worth checking out. They are
all oriental, mostly Vietnamese girls. Prices are $35 a half-hour, $50 an
hour. They take Visa and Mastercard for the base price, but cash for the
tips. "Extra services" are readily available, but the girls have a little
trick--if they don't think you are sexy enough, they will slip into a
sanitary napkin before the massage. If they do like you, you're in for
a real treat. It turns out the massage places in San Mateo have all been
bought by Vietnamese folks, and it is harder and harder for us non-
Oriental women to get work there. But there is hope--Royal Spa's owner
apparently decided it wasn't worth it getting out of bed on weekends,
so there are pair of blondes working that shift. Linda is a solidly built
young lady with the firmest 38's you've ever seen. She says she gets wet
almost every time a guy gets hard in front of her. Christina (also called
Danielle) is a little bit older, but loves to bend over for a little ass-

is upstairs in the building behind the Hyatt Cinema. The place has
showers and a sauna, and is clean and well-kept. But lately the personnel

middle-aged spinsters, then go for it. They take Visa and Mastercard,
massages are $30, shower/sauna by itself is $15. Most of the "ladies"
don't take tips, and the ones who do you don't want.

KIMIKO'S, Mary & El Camino, Sunnyvale. This is a very nice, quiet place.
It's a beauty parlor on the outside, but if you read their yellow pages
ads, you can see the beauty parlor is just a front. Indeed, there only
is a single chair/hair dryer in there, but there are about 6 rooms for
massage in the back. Massage price has gone up to $40, bank cards accepted.
The place is Korean, and so are all the girls. This is a shame, since
they use to be a nice range of Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Indian.
Also, now they are older (40's) and the massage is mediocre, and most
don't take tips. Next door is Hiphugger go-go tav, where sometimes you can
see some very sexy dancing girls.

SCANDIA MASSAGE, 2 blocks off the El Camino on Murphy in Sunnyvale.
A hostess greets you, another girl will give the actual massage. The
hostess handles the $$, the girls do not accept tips. However, you
can massage the girl if you want to. Just don't touch her breasts
or pussy. Yes, she is naked when you rub her. The girls give a non-
sexual massage, though they sometimes will reach all the way down you and
is generally looked at as a compliment, but nothing to get excited over.
$55 for a 1-hour generic massage, $1 a minute thereafter. They
also offer a body shampoo, for an extra $50 which is NOT worth it.
All they do is soap your body. They don't tease or do anything that
will get them in dutch with the Scummyvale PD. But they will try to
stretch out the massage, and get you to add time. It isn't EXACTLY
a rip-off, but $1 a minute melts your paycheck down FAST. Bank
cards accepted.

Only 3 rooms, a very shitty shower they accept MC and Visa
for the $40 basic fee, but tips MUST be in cash.
All the available girls meet you in the front parlor, and you get
to pick the one you like. Most places if you don't ask for a specific
girl, you get whatever slut is next in line--usually the least popular
one. The girls here will ask if you are a cop. It is also a good
idea for you to ask them, too. I met the lady cop who busted them, 2 years
ago, and she is a real sexy woman. I think she enjoyed working there
more than she enjoyed busting them. Anyhow, tips are accepted once
you establish you are a private citizen, and they range from $40
for a nude massage to...well...whatever you and the girl agree on.

Very spacious, well-kept. Almost elegant. Lots of girls,
$35 for half-hour massage. Some rooms have private showers. Very
clean place, and even the older ladies that work there are pretty sexy.
This place caters to business types, so the girls are very wary of
first-timers (who may be cops). After you've been there a few times
you are accepted.
American Express accepted. These folks close at 10 pm.
